By installing, accessing, or using any of our Zoho CRM extensions ('the Extensions', individually 'the Extension'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') as well as Zoho's Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to any of these Terms, do not install, trial or use any of our Extensions.
The Extensions are designed to enhance the functionality of Zoho CRM, providing additional features and/or streamlining existing processes.
The functionality and updates provided through the Extensions are subject to change at our discretion and, in some cases, as instructed by Zoho Corporation or to comply with changes in Zoho CRM's API or offerings.
The Extensions may be discontinued at any time, because of but not limited to changes in Zoho CRM's API or features, Zoho Corporation's policies or our own business decisions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extensions within your Zoho CRM account, for private or commercial purposes. This license will also be subject to Zoho's Terms of Service.
Licenses must be purchased via Zoho Marketplace. Any license fees are also to be paid via Zoho Marketplace or the means specified by Zoho Corporation. Refunds are subject to Zoho's refund policy. If you require an invoice, please contact Zoho Marketplace support, as we cannot provide invoices for license fees.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extensions or any related software or materials such as APIs or our website.
Use of the Extensions for unlawful activities is prohibited.
Unauthorized access to features or modification of the Extensions is prohibited. Furthermore, attempts to use our APIs circumventing the Extensions' user interface are also prohibited.
You may resell the Extensions to your clients or use them in their Zoho CRM accounts, but licenses must be purchased for each client or account via the Zoho Marketplace.
Generally, the Extensions do not collect or store any data outside of your Zoho CRM account. Any exceptions to this are detailed in the Privacy Policy of each Extension.
All data is handled in accordance with Zoho's Privacy Policy as well as the Privacy Policy of each Extension.
We do not claim ownership of data processed through the Extensions.
The Extensions are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, and the Extensions are audited by Zoho, we do not guarantee that the Extensions will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate continuously.
You acknowledge that the Extensions may be subject to bugs, errors, and other issues caused by Zoho CRM updates, changes in Zoho's API, or other factors beyond our control.
You are strongly encouraged to trial the Extensions before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless D4 Data, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Extensions; (ii) any violation of these Terms; or (iii) any infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Extensions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to one, more or all of the Extensions if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extensions and delete any related materials.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted, and continued use of any of the Extensions signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
