The bases for lawful data processing by the extension are your consent granted upon purchase of the extension and fulfillment of contract.
The extension, which will be installed in your CRM instance, may access records in your CRM instance for the purpose of generating visual representations (barcodes, QR codes and similar) of record data. This access takes place within your CRM instance and in your browser. No data is shared with third-parties.
Processing of data as described above ceases upon uninstallation of the extension.
Upon trial or purchase of the extension, your contact information is processed by Zoho Corporation for the purpose of providing the extension to you.
If you authorize Zoho to share your contact information with us, we may use it to contact you via email for support and occasional updates related to the extension. You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us.
For all data processing operations in your Zoho CRM instance, including those not related to the extension, the privacy policy of Zoho Corporation applies. You can find it here.
